Following a number of strategic analysis sessions, we were able to highlight the key areas of the business that were experiencing the most pain. With this in mind, we went about designing a bespoke modular based system that would tackle these key areas, whilst providing a framework for future growth. The system has now grown to accommodate a considerable part of the business.
