IT Support Engineer

  • £24,000 to £28,000 PA depending on experience

An opportunity has arisen within our team for an experienced IT Support Engineer / Desktop Engineer. The candidate will primarily be responsible for 2nd Line technical support for our clients, and will be expected to visit client premises to provide on-site support when required.

Essential:

  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server
  • Full clean UK driving licence (for manual vehicle)
  • Candidate must pass enhanced DBS check

Nice to have:

  • Microsoft Professional Certification
  • Experience of ConnectWise
  • Experience in management of cloud solutions, particularly Office 365
  • Experience supporting Apple Macs
